Reservations
If you are going to be late, please call us as early as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your reservation will be cancelled.
Customers who cancel without notice will not be able to make future reservations.

We are unable to serve the following:
- Persons under 18 years of age
- Requests for sexual services, inappropriate touching or verbal abuse
- Heavily intoxicated persons
- Competitors or persons affiliated with organized crime
- Attempts to recruit our therapists
- Persons with skin diseases or similar conditions
- Bringing in alcohol for drinking
- Taking photos or videos, or any secret recording
- Persons with a fever of 37°C or higher
Security cameras are installed in the shop. Any malicious behaviour will be dealt with appropriately, including legal action.
If a therapist judges that the treatment cannot continue, it may be stopped. No refunds will be given in such cases.
